Free Inspections, Always.

In 2024 the minimum charge for an air quality test is $425 (plus tax). This includes 2-3 indoor samples and one outdoor control sampler. If you need more samples taken, we charge $75 each. Usually the set 2-3 samples are enough for most spaces, and if extras are needed based on your space we will advise you. The most samples people typically add on would be 1-2 more. The samples are processed by an independent, third-party lab. You will receive a copy of the lab results along with a written report. While many companies will provide you with just the lab results, we make sure you fully understand the results with our own additional report. Due to market fluctuations from the lab prices may change from what is posted here, when you call to book you will be provided the most up-to-date pricing in a comprehensive quote.
